The 68 -year -old, who said on Tuesday, said that he has no idea about the late Epstein’s “brutality” activities, by FCA lawyer about the evidence that Stallie filed in a lawsuit against him by former employer Jpmorgan.

The American Virgin Islands, where the American Virgin Islands, were the head of the private bank, and had filed a lawsuit against Story, in turn, with the case.

FCA Li Ann Mulkahi said that in the American litigation, Stallie was asked about “sexual intercourse with a woman … in the apartment of Mr. Epstein’s brother” in New York.

Stallie said that he got acquainted with the woman by Jeffrey Epstein, and the meeting was by mutual consent and that “it was part of his employees as I remember.”

FCA also pointed to the fact that Epstein had asked Stallie to be a trustee of his property as evidence of their close relationship. “I rejected it,” said Stallie.

Staley focuses on the resumption of the 2019 letter sent by the Barclays Nigel Highigns head to FCA, who approached the British Bank shortly after the arrest of Epstein brought checks to other prominent colleagues in the financier.

FCA says the message contains two misleading statements: Staley “had no close relationship” with Epstein and their last contact was “before Barclays joined in 2015”. Stallie says that both two buildings were accurate.

FCA cited a cache storage for more than 1,000 email messages between Staley and Epstein, where Staley described their friendship as “deep” and referred to Epstein in the name of “family”.

In an e -mail series previously reported in 2010, Stallie Epstein told: “It was fun. Say hello to a white snow.” When he asked Epsin, “What is the character you want after that,” Stallie replied: “Beauty and the beast.”

Stallie said that he did not remember these emails, and after that, Mulkahi said: “It is not email messages that are compatible with a purely personal relationship … She was a character by nature, right?”

Stallie replied, “I don’t remember these emails.” Its evidence is expected to conclude on Friday.
