“There is a transitional period”

President Donald Trump refused to say whether he expected his planned definitions and results from the economic uncertainty of the US leadership to stagnate this year, in an answer that contradicts the position of his trade minister that the Americans should not prepare for such a result.

In a recorded interview broadcast on “Fox News” “Fox Morning Futures”, President Maria Barteromo told his plans for the largest “mutual” definitions would get into force on April 2. The White House initially imposed 25 % of customs duties on imports from Mexico and Canada before they quickly stopped on Wall Street, not flammable on a possible commercial war.

When Parromo was asked about ATLANTA FEDERAL Reserve’s warning of the economic decline in the first quarter of the year – where there are fewer goods and services produced – Trump seemed to admit that his definitions may affect the country’s economic growth.

But despite the claim that the customs tariff will eventually be “great” for the United States, the president refused to say whether he expected the country to enter into the recession this year, as major banks have now warned.

“I hate to predict things like that. There is a transitional period, because what we do is very large. We return wealth to America. This is a big thing.” “There are always periods – it takes some time, and it takes some time. But I think it should be great for us. I mean, I think it should be great. It will be great at the end of the farmers.”

Trump’s answer, which contradicts the statements of Trade Secretary Howard Lootnick on the same day, said that the Americans must “not” at all do not prepare for stagnation.

“Anyone betting on Donald Trump – he is like the same people who thought that Donald Trump was not a winner a year ago,” Lootnick told “Meet The Press” on Sunday. “Donald Trump is the winner. He will win the American people, and this is just the way you will be. There will be no recession in America.”

Lootnick seemed unaware of his boss’s comments on a possible stagnation.

“We will unleash America to the world, and we will grow our economy in a way that we have not raised before. During the next two years, you will see the greatest group of growth coming from America as Americans.” “I have seen that, 1.3 trillion of the new investment that comes to America – think about all these jobs, and remember that each trillion investment in America is 1 % of the GDP of growth.”

He added, “So Donald Trump brings growth to America.” “I will never bet on the recession, no chance.”
