Anne Summer accused Google of having her search results due to the pornographic giant filters.
The retail seller told adults that Google “deform” the underwear market and to play sex through the blacklist effectively on his website.
She said competitors such as Amazon and Marks & Spencer were not subject to the same restrictions despite the sale of similar products.
Ann Samarz complained to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), which is achieved in the Gogle grip in the search engine market.
Google Safesearch was presented in 2009. The feature cancels web sites for adults from search results in addition to the lack of clarity of explicit images in the results of the photos.
Although the feature is optional, many Internet service providers are now operating by default.
Ann Samarz said that its website was hidden from the search results when the feature was running – even when customers were looking directly for the company’s products.
“This has a deformed effect on the market,” he wrote in the introduction of CMA.
“For users with Safeesearch, including those who have not chosen this feature explicitly, they cannot find us through Google’s search, the largest search engine.”
She said that shoppers are “directed at our competitors instead”, which presents examples of the main M&S results of “Sexy Lingerie” when Safeesage was activated.
“Our products are similar to the display of underwear, our competitors, but we are punished in the place of their absence,” said Ann Samarz.
The company said it was punished against competitors, even when people searched for their own products.
Searching for “An Ann Samarz” sex to spoil the results of its websites while showing the same sold product in Boots or Amazon.
“We are not visible because of our classification; however, Amazon can appear, although there is a group of more than 10,000 sexual games.
“Google occupies a dominant location in the web search, as it works as a decisive gate between consumers and companies. However, Google applies inactive its policies.”
Last month, Ann Samarz told a decrease of 11 percent in annual sales to 93 million pounds, and she was blamed in part of Google’s restrictions.
The company launched a separate website, KnickerBox, last year in part to circumvent the restrictions.
I have mentioned that Google means that it lost in more than 3 million visits to the website.
CMA launched an investigation into Google last month due to concerns about its search engine dominance and whether it is not fairly harvesting information from the news sites.
The review can lead to Google’s classification as “strategic market condition”, which means that the regulator can impose strict requirements on the company.
