A new draft law proposed in Texas can charge sexually transformed persons who have a felony in the state if they lie about their biological gender appointed at birth … and legislators defend the harsh punishment.
Representatives of Texas State. Steve Tath and Nate Schatzlin He joined us at “TMZ Live” on Tuesday and asked them about the proposed draft law that would add a new form of fraud in sexual identity.
Toth and SChatzline also explains the bill – Texas House 3817 bill – He says that the transgender Texan commits a “fraud of sexual identity” if they lie down on the states’ records or to the employers about their biological gender … and they will be accused of a crime of state, which is punished for up to two years behind bars.
This means Ketlin Jenner It will be a violation of the law if a government document in Texas is filled and said it is a female. We asked Toth and Schatzline about this scenario – do they throw a Caitlyn in prison?!? – And challenge them about the reason for this bill in Texas.
Frankly, there are not many people that will apply to … based on the explanations that these legislators provide to us.
TOTH has made a point to say that the bill does not make transgender against the law, but both have told us that being Trans is a mental illness.
The bill is unlikely to be registered in the law – but you never know these days – and our conversation is civil with some health discussions. Pick a full interview on “TMZ Live”.
